Edmonds Waterfront Engagement: Drew + Brittany

Brittany and Drew had their wedding in March and it was just about the sweetest spring wedding you can imagine. A few months before, we got together on this blustery winter day at the beach to take some engagement photos with their sweet little guy Owen. Edmonds Beach Marina isn’t too far from where they met, fell in love, and live now!

This particular day, it was pouring rain in Seattle as I left my condo. Way off in the distance, I saw a teensy little patch of sunlight peeking through. I just knew it was going to be right over our heads for our session, and lo and behold it was! I love how the wet pavement reflected the golden sky in some places, but we still had soft hazy skies and some fluffy clouds in the distance. Washington weather, and Pacific Northwest weather in general, is never predictable. Lucky for us, this place is gorgeous rain or shine!
