Mt Rainier Maternity Session: The Addis Family

As a Seattle-based photographer, I love the easy access to some of the most beautiful National Parks nature has to offer. I had the chance to photograph the lovely Alexa, her husband Colin, and their adorable son Weston during a maternity session at Mount Rainier at golden hour.

Alexa was stunning in her white gown from Flutter Dresses, which really popped against the green and purple tones of the mountains at sunset. Weston was full of energy, running around and exploring the area, while Alexa and Colin were clearly excited about the new addition to their family. As the sun began to set, we moved on to capturing some posed shots of the family. The golden hour light was absolutely breathtaking, making the whole mountain valley glow.

As the session progressed, I focused on getting some individual shots of Alexa and Weston. Alexa was a true goddess, radiating beauty in every shot. Weston was full of personality and sweetness - and so excited to be a big brother!
