Fairmont Olympic Hotel: The DuPars

Today’s post is for a very special winter wedding from last year. After a love story that started way back in high school, Stephanie and Fran finally tied the knot at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in February. After getting ready, they had their first-look moment in the Spanish Foyer. We then took photos together throughout the main floor of the Fairmont, including in front of the iconic reception bar. The wedding party did their final toast for luck, and headed into the Metropole Room to say their vows. The whole night finished with the most elegant reception in the Garden Room, with its art-deco floor to ceiling windows.

I was so honored to be the photographer at this once-in-a-lifetime wedding, because Steph and I are college friends from back at WSU! She was actually one of my first ever senior sessions, which led the way to my first weddings and couples session! Steph and Fran have been there for every step of my photography career, and I’m so happy their big day included all the magic they deserve.
