North Cascades National Park Engagement: Lucas + Kathlyne

Kathlyne and Lucas are a charming couple that I had the pleasure of working with for their engagement session. It was a stormy day, and the dramatic clouds in the sky added to the beauty of the scenery. The location we chose overlooked Ross Lake Dam and was surrounded by the stunning North Cascades Mountains. As a local photographer, I was excited to explore this area with Kathlyne and Lucas, knowing that it would make for the perfect backdrop for their photoshoot.

Kathlyne wore a gorgeous dress that showed off movement beautifully. We were able to capture some truly stunning shots of her spinning and twirling around with Lucas. The North Cascades Mountains provided a breathtaking view in the background, making for an epic setting. The Diablo Lake Trailhead and Thunder Point campground were nearby, and we made the most of the area by exploring and using different parts of the landscape in the shoot.

As the session came to a close, we ended it with a bang. Kathlyne and Lucas popped open a bottle of champagne, and we captured some amazing moments of them celebrating their love together. It was the perfect way to end the day, and we were able to capture some incredible memories of their adventure in the mountains.
