Covington Newborn Session: Schneiderhan Family

Newborn sessions are always special, as they document the first moments of a family's new life together. I had the pleasure of photographing a newborn session for Jake, Kaylee, and their little one Luca in their cozy home in Covington, a suburb of Seattle.

One of the best things about in-home newborn sessions is the comfort and familiarity of being in your own space. For new parents like Jake and Kaylee, the idea of packing up their brand new bundle of joy and heading out to a studio can be overwhelming. But with an in-home session, they were able to relax and enjoy the experience in the comfort of their own home. Not only is it more convenient, but it also allows for more personal and meaningful photos.

During the session, I documented moments of Jake and Kaylee holding Luca, admiring his tiny features, and cherishing every sweet moment with their new addition. The session was filled with love and warmth, and the images reflected the beauty of their new family dynamic.
