Diablo Lake Engagement Session: Brittany + Steve

I’ve been dying to get these two in front of my camera for years, so when Steve finally popped the question this fall, I knew we had to plan something big. One of the most stunning viewpoints in Washington, Diablo Lake, located up in the North Cascades, fit the bill perfectly. Diablo lake is surrounded by Ross Lake on one side and Gorge Lake on the other, all along the Skagit River. Nestled in the depths of North Cascades National Park, it has an eerie teal tint in the summer. Instead, we beat the snow and got the most perfect, foggy clouds. Brittany and Steve’s love and smiles lit up the whole park. These two are just about the most caring, generous pair you could imagine, and their whole session, even the three hour drive each way, was a blast!
